windows 10 taskbar not working after update

When I lookup the descriptions of both, I see some overlap. How do you know that it is related to the KB you mentioned and not to another KB update? Why would this start today of this update was installed weeks ago? How may we know as you did not yet disclose which issues you had with your taskbar? Which are the fixes you tried for the taskbar, and have realized of having either no effects or at least not be sufficient for solving the undisclosed taskbar issues but having some other non-disclosed effects? I tried multiple fixes for taskbar, and nothing worked. So is this also one of the issues you experience on your taskbar? Have you checked if you also have this update KB5003690 installed? Swiching between applications via taskbar works only after clicking often enough until getting reckognized. This has some effects also on the taskbar. But too often, I have to use the left mouse click several times before it gets recognized at least the first time. I'm not sure but it seems to me causing some mouse issues now. Within a day, I got another optional update offered, KB5003690. I had to enable display keyboard in order to become able to login and to remove that KB update (including reboot). But after completing the installation via its required reboot, I wasn't able any longer to use the keyboard of my laptop. After installing it, I still had no issues.

Which symptoms do you have with your taskbar? How do you know it related to this KB update and not to another one nor interfering with another one. I came into work this morning and my PC, along with another 12-15 PC's all have taskbar issues.
